Assuming that you are travelling to Saint Raphaël you should book at Excelsior. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. And a spectacular atmosphere.

This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the staff members from the reception were there at every hours. The beds were comfy and the other guests have been generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Pretty pleasant hotel and terrific location. Undoubtedly recommend this place!

There is only one issue I would counsel going forward and that’s to supply more hotel amenities, shower gel in particular.
